Which macOS version does Skedulu require?
macOS 14 Sonoma or newer. The app is built with SwiftUI and relies on modern system APIs not available on older versions.
Does it work with Jira Cloud or Jira Server?
Currently Skedulu integrates with Jira Cloud (Atlassian Cloud accounts). Support for Jira Data Center is on the roadmap.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your Atlassian account, connect your JIRA workspace, and buy access — $3 per seat per 30 days. Choose a package of 30, 90, 180 days or 1 year. Then download the macOS app and you're ready to track.
How does team billing work?
The workspace owner buys access packages for selected team members — $3 per user per 30 days. Available packages: 30 days ($3), 90 days ($9), 180 days ($18), or 1 year ($36). Invite teammates from Members and purchase access for them individually or in bulk. Access is time-based and stacks — buying again before expiry extends the current period.
Can I use the web panel without the Mac app?
Yes. The web panel — Timeboard, calendar view, task summaries — works standalone in any browser. The macOS menu bar app is simply the fastest way to start and stop tracking.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export all sessions at any time from Settings. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
