Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Skedulu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Skedulu is a time-tracking tool for individuals and teams that integrates with Atlassian Jira. We provide a macOS menu bar app and a web panel for reviewing and managing time entries. The service is operated by Tomasz Kowalewski.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Skedulu uses Atlassian OAuth — we never store your Atlassian password. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate Atlassian's terms of service.
4. Payment and access
Skedulu is a paid service. Access requires purchasing time-based packages for team members. Available packages are 30, 90, 180, or 365 days at $3 per user per 30 days. The workspace owner purchases access and assigns it to team members. Access is valid until the purchased period expires and can be extended at any time — purchasing again before expiry stacks on top of the remaining period.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection on our behalf. By purchasing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms of service.
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where collected by LemonSqueezy.
5. Seats and access
Each workspace has one owner who purchases and manages access for team members. Active access grants use of the Skedulu macOS app and web panel. The owner can invite members, purchase access packages for them, and remove them at any time via Members. Members whose access has expired cannot use the macOS app until access is renewed.
6. Refunds
Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Access remains active for the full purchased period regardless of usage. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
7. Account deletion and data
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing me@tkowalewski.pl. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data, overloading the infrastructure, or using the service to store unlawful content.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide advance notice where possible.
10. Limitation of liability
Skedulu is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
